Why are imei of Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+ repaired?
+ Phone is reported as lost/stolen and user who bought didn't know about history of phone.
+ Phone is locked a network such as Sprint. After phone is replaced new imei, it's also unlocked.
What is the imei repairing procedure?
